Session dates and times are given on a first registered, first scheduled basis. We will NOT “hold” space without registration! Please check with bus drivers prior to selecting session times. Make sure your group can come to the preferred times listed. Any schools making changes of date or session times will be charged a $15.00 change fee. (Space is limited and last minute changes are difficult if not impossible for the committee to accommodate).
Instructions regarding Entry form:
For Solos provide the student’s first name. For all other entries do not provide last names – consider giving the group a name for example: Mrs. Cooley’s 2nd Grade Penguins, or Mr. Almeda’s 1st Grade Large Chorus, or The Panther Trio Express, or 3rd Grade Pals Katie & Aimee Make sure parents know the name of their child’s group so the information booth can direct them to the right classroom on the day of the event. If the grade level is mixed just list the range for example 3-5. Do not provide us with a list of all students performing in small and large groups!
Please provide the name of the selection – Please at the time of registration, if the selection or entry names are not finalized list “TBA” (To Be Announced) but all names and selections must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the festival.
Registration forms without payment will not be given priority over paid registration forms.
